Sarah Johnson – Agri Graduate
“After my initial online interview, I was invited to an assessment day in Head Office. The assessment day consisted of an interview, a presentation, a group task and time to get to know the previous graduates, which I found very helpful. Although the idea of an assessment day initially seemed very daunting, everyone was extremely welcoming and I found it was a great opportunity to display my skills, meet new people and get to know what Mole Valley Farmers is all about. The assessment day allowed me to realise how much I align with the culture at Mole Valley Farmers, which I think is important when considering a career path.”
Bethany Sealey – Agri Graduate
“Three months into the Agri Graduate Scheme and I have enjoyed every moment so far. I have gained confidence within myself, whilst learning all about the power of Mole whilst supporting UK agriculture. The scheme is a great opportunity, and I am looking forward to learning more and making further connections. I look forward to seeing where the Agri Graduate Scheme will take me.”
