This is where you’ll become an expert in all things agriculture. You’ll be the go to in store and on the phone. You’ll get to know your customers and understand their needs. And this is all before you’ve offered up your specialist knowledge. Sales will be important but providing the best service to make the shopping experience easier for our existing and new customers is your priority.

You will be the link between our stores and customers, representing our brand in the local community. Our customers are extremely busy. And you’ll support them to get their jobs done quickly by delivering our products in a safe and timely manner. It’s a hands on, physical role that’s full of variety. You’ll work as part of a friendly team and independently to provide the best delivery experience.

· Delivery Driver

Our engineering team produce a large number of quality products that we sell across our retail stores and Witheridge site. In our well-equipped workshop our skilled team fabricate in steel with the production of gates, feed barriers and animal handling systems, through to working with individual customers to create bespoke agricultural buildings.

PROCUREMENT

When it comes to buying the products we sell to our customers, our Procurement teams are where it all happens. Whether we’re buying products for our retail stores, online or for our agricultural customer base, our Retail and Agri Procurement departments have it all covered, from deciding what we stock, to negotiating prices and securing promotional offers. These teams are always one step ahead of our ever-changing customers’ needs ensuring we have what they need across every season.
