When will my order be ready?
If the item/s you have ordered are available in your selected store, you will be able to collect on the same day when ordered before 3pm.
What information do I need to bring to collect my order?
A copy of the order confirmation is required at the time of collection.
Where do I go when I get to the store?
When you receive your email and text confirmation you will be provided with a collection point.
How long will you keep my order for?
We keep all orders in store for 7 days.
What do I do if I want to cancel my order?
To cancel your order all you need to do is contact our customer services team, you will find contact details in your confirmation email. The customer service team will cancel your order and process your refund.
