Country Membership

General

  • The Country Membership scheme can only be used in conjunction with a valid Country Membership account.  
  • The Country Membership scheme operates across Mole Valley Farmers (MVF), Mole Country Stores and Mole Farm Direct retail stores, as well as Moleonline.com.  
    MVF reserves the right to withdraw the Country Membership scheme at any point in time. At the point of withdrawal, MVF will communicate the status of any points accumulated up to the date of withdrawal.
  • Group/Trade - Purchases made within a group trading agreement will not qualify for Country Membership Reward Points.
  • Non-transferrable – Country Membership Reward Points may not be transferred to another Country Member.
  • Only one Country Membership can be registered per individual.
  • To open a Country Membership, you must be over 18 years old.
  • You can only earn and redeem Country Member Reward Points with an active Country Membership.
  • To preserve the integrity of the Country Membership scheme and ensure it remains sustainable for all Country Members, we operate a fair use policy.  
  • MVF reserve the right to change these Terms from time to time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on www.moleonline.com and your continued use of Country Membership shall constitute your accepted to be bound by the latest Terms.

Earning Reward Points

  • The following products on sale at Mole Valley Farmers/Mole Country Stores/moleonline.com are excluded from accruing Country Membership Reward Points:
    • Fertiliser
    • Gift cards
    • Services, for example, delivery charges or other add-on charges
    • Membership
    • Special orders
  • Country Members can collect a maximum number of 20,000 Reward Points in any one-month period. 
  • Country Membership Reward Points are only earned on products, bought from a retail store or moleonline.com, Reward Points are not earned on products when booked to an account.

Valuation of Reward Points

  • Value per Reward Point – Country Members earn 2 Reward Points for every £1 spent on qualifying items (exemptions apply).
  • Country Membership Reward Points are non-transferable and have no cash value.  
  • All applicable products are subject to availability.
  • The accrual of Country Membership Reward Points is on the amount spent including VAT, (if VAT is applicable).  
  • MVF reserves the right to vary both the number of Country Membership Reward Points earned per £ spent and the redeemable value per Reward Point.
  • The current redeemable value of a Country Membership Reward Point is 1p. 1 Country Membership Point = 1p redemption. 

Reward Points Earned

  • Reward Points earned in-store will be added to your points balance the following day, Reward Points earned on moleonline.com will be added to your points balance the day after the order has been dispatched.
  • Should you return a product(s), your points balance will be adjusted accordingly, i.e. any Reward Points awarded for the original sale will be deducted from your points balance.
    You are unable to earn and redeem Country Membership Reward Points on the same transaction.
  • Country Members will need to activate their online account to be able to earn Reward Points on moleonline.com.
  • Country Membership Reward Points are valid for 18-months from the date earned. Any Reward Points earned but not redeemed within this period will automatically expire.
  • Country Members can collect a maximum number of 20,000 Reward Points in any one-month period. 

Viewing Country Membership Reward Points

  • Country Members will be able to check their points balance in two ways:
    • By asking at the till.
    • Via their online account (members will need to have a registered online account to be able to view their points online).

Redeeming Country Membership Reward Points

  • Reward Points can be redeemed in-store at the till and in future on moleonline.com when checking out.
  • Reward Points can be redeemed as a part-payment on a transaction or full payment if sufficient points have been earned.
  • Reward Points cannot be used to pay for fertiliser, gift cards or services, such as delivery charges, membership or special orders.
  • Reward Points cannot be used as payment against an MVF credit account.
  • Reward Points cannot be redeemed against the same transaction they are earned on.
  • Only whole number of Reward Points can be redeemed.
  • MVF reserves the right to request proof of identify on redemption.  

Country Member Offer Pricing

  • Country Members are entitled to receive member offer pricing on a selected range of products (as currently advertised).
  • All member offers will be subject to stock availability and will be time limited.
  • Not all member offers will be available across all Mole Valley Farmers (MVF), Mole Country Stores and Mole Farm Direct retail stores, as well as Moleonline.com.
  • To receive the latest offers/promotions, we will need a valid email address and you must be subscribed and consent to receive email communications. 

Membership Renewal

  • You will be notified by one of our till operatives when your Country Membership is becoming due for renewal. If you let your Country Membership lapse upon renewal, this will result in you no longer being entitled to enjoy the member benefits associated with Country Membership. You will lose access to your member benefits and any accrued valid Country Member Reward Points.
  • You can renew your membership at any Mole Valley Farmers or Mole Valley Country store.

Your Information

  • MVF will collect and use information about you, which includes the personal information you provide when signing up, or that is generated about you, in connection with your Country Membership, such as details of purchases you make. 
  • We will use your information to:
    • administer your membership to the Country Membership scheme, and to communicate with you in connection with your membership (via the email address you provided at registration); understand your purchasing preferences to enable us to improve our products and services; 
    • provide you (should you opt-in to receive such correspondence) with information about products, services, promotions and offers by email, by post or SMS. We may analyse the purchases you make, to enable us to send you information that is most likely to interest you; 
    • prevent, detect and investigate fraud and other criminal activity, and prosecute offenders;
    • our Privacy Policy, which contains further information about how we use your information, can be accessed here: moleonline.com/privacy-policy.
