How does Country Membership work?
As a Country Member, you earn Reward Points on qualifying purchases. For every £1 you spend, you earn 2 Reward Points.
What are the benefits of Country Membership?

What happens if my points don't seem like a whole number (e.g., 52.30 points)?
Only whole numbers of points can be redeemed.
Is there a cost to join Country Membership?
You can sign up to Country Membership for £10 for one year, £18 for two years or £40 for five years.
How do I earn Country Membership Reward Points?
You earn 2 points for every £1 spent in-store, online (moleonline.com) on qualifying purchases.
How long do my points stay valid?
Points are valid for 18 months from the date they are issued. After 18 months, any unused points will expire.
What else do I get with Country Membership besides points?
You also receive exclusive member offers and discounts, a digital newsletter, competitive heating and farm fuel pricing and more.

Do you issue country members with membership cards?
We do not issue country members with membership cards, however you can access your membership account online once activated by our membership team.
