How to track your Home Delivery order?
Upon dispatch, you will receive a Dispatch Confirmation Email containing a tracking link that leads to your dedicated Tracking Dashboard. This dashboard updates in near real-time, displaying your estimated arrival date, the delivery status, and the courier (Royal Mail or DHL). The dashboard also features a link to the courier’s Live Service Updates page, which is the first place you should check for delays if the estimated date passes before contacting customer service. Finally, the courier will send an SMS text message when your order is Out for Delivery.
Restricted Goods Policy
Due to legislation, regulation, traceability, or industry “Best Practice” guidelines, we may be unable to exchange or refund certain types of product purchased from our retail stores. See what goods have restrictions applied to them.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
For your first order, we can only deliver to the cardholder's billing address. Subsequent orders can be delivered to an alternative address.
