Delivery Policy
Orders over £60 (excluding VAT) and weighing less than 25kg qualify for free standard delivery. Some product exclusions apply please see individual products for details.
We make every effort to deliver within the stated timescales it may be that during exceptionally busy periods delivery times may be longer. We are also unable to guarantee delivery timescales where circumstances occur that are beyond our control.
For security reasons we are only able to deliver your first order to the card holder’s billing address. Subsequent orders may be delivered to an alternative delivery address. Only customers who are members of Mole Valley Farmers (i.e. Farmer Shareholders, Country Members and Standard Account Holders) are exempt from this rule, because security checks are made during membership application.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY DELIVERING TO NORTHERN IRELAND OR OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM.

Where discount codes, offer codes or reductions of any type are offered, these will automatically exclude gift vouchers, medicines, prescription products, and other controlled products. Discounts are not applicable to items which are booked to account. We reserve the right to limit the use of the codes to a single unit of each product purchased and a single use of each code.
Mole Valley Farmers reserve the right to remove an offer or discount without notice at any given time.
Forest Garden Lead Times
The lead time delivery for England, Wales and Scotland may be up to 12 weeks due to current demand.
Unfortunately, they cannot deliver it to the Scottish Islands, Isle Of Man, Northern Ireland or Isle of Wight.

Free delivery codes are applicable for online standard delivery orders up to 25kg only. All zonal, express and refrigerated transport surcharges still apply. Unless stated otherwise codes are only applicable for a single use for the period of the offer.
