What does it do?
Health & Safety Services
The Health & Safety area has been developed to provide businesses with a robust and proactive approach that will enable organisations to comply with the requirements of Health & Safety legislation and regulations.
We appreciate that complying with legislation can be both expensive and a burden. Our online tool is written in practical and plain English, making it a simple one-stop-shop for business owners to understand and manage your Health & Safety effectively.
Human Resource Services
The Human Resources area is designed to provide help and information concerning the employment of workers to businesses that do not benefit from their own HR team. The considerable weight of employment legislation can be particularly overwhelming, but our online support tool has been written by a team of HR professionals with many years of experience. The policies, procedures and documents have been curated from their experiences and account for best practice and case law. They are designed to assist you in dealing with a broad range of HR issues.
Our online e-Learning is a cost effective solution to your Health & Safety and HR training needs, especially suited to those businesses that are on a tight budget, employ a varied workforce or just one that struggles to get employees in one room together for classroom based learning.
The e-Learning platform allows all your employees access, irrespective of number, to our web based training centre. All our courses have been accredited by RoSPA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents), CPD Standards Office and NSA (National Skills Academy) - meaning our modules are both professional and educational.

Business Continuity Planning is crucial in the event of a disaster. Business owners can believe that they have everything covered because to date nothing has gone seriously wrong. In an uncertain world, it is integral to be prepared for the worst so that you are confident that your business could be back to normal in the quickest possible time.
Using our Business Continuity information can reduce the amount of thinking time needed following an incident and can help contain and minimise the extent of the damage. Raising your awareness of Risk Management issues may well prevent disasters from happening in the first place.
Managing Driving Risk
Business Owners now face fierce fines and even prison if they fail to adequately manage the ‘duty of care’ for their employees that drive. Our online business support tool provides you with information on Occupational Road Risks and supports you in managing legislation and provides guidance on Corporate Manslaughter.
How do I access it?
Full access to Mole Protect is available to Farmer Shareholders through an annual subscription of £110 + VAT, which includes unlimited user access and e-learning for all employees across your organisation. Supporting the Take a Moment Initiative
Farming is a hazardous industry; in the last ten years almost one person a week has been killed as a direct result of agricultural work. Mole Valley Farmers launched Take A Moment in 2018 with the intention of using our platform within the agricultural sector to initiate conversations and help to educate and support those within the industry to stay safe on farm. Alongside our industry partners, we are working to raise awareness of safety risks as well as supporting farmers with their physical and mental health.
