Cream Awards Winners 2021!

We are delighted to be the joint winner of the Supply Industry Dairy Employer of the Year Award at the 2021 Cream Awards.  The win was announced on Tuesday 2 February as part of this year’s online Cream Awards ceremony.

The Cream Awards - Dairy Industry Trade Awards - are organised by British Dairying magazine to showcase some of the brightest and best people, businesses and innovations the industry has to offer.

The Cream Awards judges specifically highlighted the enviable way in which the business has navigated the Covid-19 crisis, highlighting the fact the NHS has looked to Mole Valley Farmers to learn about colleague care and support delivery mechanisms.

The business is looking forward to the path ahead as it starts to develop new apprenticeship opportunities to attract and develop the next generation of high calibre people into the industry.
