Mole Valley Feed Solutions appoints new Customer Service Development Manager

We are excited to introduce Bev Webb who joined Mole Valley Feed Solutions as our Customer Service Development Manager on 9th May.

Bev brings 23 years’ experience of working in the industry within customer services. Over these 23 years Bev has worked for BOCM Pauls, ABN & Forfarmers.

Bev will be responsible for developing our Customer Service approach, assisting and helping to build and integrate the new site teams and implementing a common way of working whilst working closely with our commercial, customer service and operational teams.

Bev provides a wealth of customer service knowledge along with an ability and a direct remit to champion the voice of the customer. Bev’s previous experience of working closely with operational and commercial teams will improve our overall customer experience and journey.

In her new role, Bev will develop the day-to-day customer service activity; serve as a liaison between customer service, sales, and production; manage service escalations and focus on improving our delivery, reliability, and repeatability.
