Rob Jackson joined Mole Valley Farmers as our Payroll and Benefits Manager on 27th June.
Rob has 12 years of payroll professional experience, setting up, developing, and running complex payroll services for many different types of industries, including: LED Leisure Management, Flybe and the Ted Wragg Multi Academy Trust. He will be responsible for managing and leading the payroll team in all aspects of the service, together with developing a supportive and competitive benefits package suited to all Mole Valley Employees.
As well as ensuring the payroll department delivers excellent internal customer service to all employees and is always compliant with any changes to statutory legislation, Rob has begun developing the service so it can be as agile, pro-active, and efficient as possible, whilst still aligned to our values. Rob is also keen on improving the day-to-day function and efficiency of our payroll and T&A systems as well as expanding areas of self-service functionality to Mole Valley employees.
