Click and Collect

Our Click and Collect service allows you to check stock availability in your local store, pay online or book to your account and collect from your local store on the same day when ordered before 3pm.*

We’ll pick your order as soon as possible (when stores are open and before 3pm). You will then receive an email and text as soon as your order is ready to collect. Please wait for your confirmation email and text before travelling to the store. 

*This service will be subject to product availability in your selected store. Store restrictions apply - For stores closed on Sunday orders will not be picked until they open again on Monday. Check out your local store opening hours here

When will my order be ready?
If the item/s you have ordered are available in your selected store, you will be able to collect on the same day when ordered before 3pm. Please wait for your confirmation email and text before travelling to collect your order.
What information do I need to bring to collect my order?
A copy of the order confirmation is required at the time of collection.
Where do I go when I get to the store?
When you receive your email and text confirmation you will be provided with a collection point. On arrival at a store, please check in at the collection point where a member of the Mole team will meet you and collect your order for you. Please have your order number ready and remember to wait for your email and text before travelling to store.
How long will you keep my order for?
We keep all orders in store for 7 days. We will send you a final email and text reminder to collect your order before the 7 days. However, if you cannot pick up your order within 7 days your order will be refunded and returned to stock.
What do I do if I want to cancel my order?
To cancel your order all you need to do is contact our customer services team, you will find contact details in your confirmation email. The customer service team will cancel your order and process your refund.
Can I order items for collection and delivery in the same order?
No, unfortunately not. You will need to process an order for items you wish to collect in-store separately from delivery to home.
