We are the UK’s leading agricultural supply and rural retailing business. Originally founded in 1960 by a small group of farmers who joined together to form an agricultural buying group, we have grown to offer a complete suite of in-store, on-farm, and online services inspired by our commitment to UK agriculture and the wider rural community.

We are proud to remain 100% owned by farmers and we maintain our cooperative ethos. We work for the greater good of our farmer shareholders, helping them to improve their productivity, profitability and sustainability. This is underpinned by industry-leading knowledge, value for money products, high levels of service and efficient manufacturing sites.

Our presence in the market creates a highly competitive pricing environment which aims to stop others profiteering at the expense of our Farmer Shareholders and customers.

Whilst we are a membership organisation, with over 9,000 Farmer Shareholders and 95,000 Country Members, we are proud to serve our rural communities more widely. We are open to everyone, working hard to provide exceptional value and service to all our customers.

Company Policies

Gender Pay Report

Organisations in the UK with more than 250 employees are to report their gender pay gap, due to the Government released legislation in 2017. At Mole Valley Farmers, we believe this is a positive step towards addressing any potential gender bias in our industry and workforce.
