Lundy Island lighthouse and docking pier

Join us for a trip to Lundy on 17th July

This summer, Mole Valley Farmers are proud to sponsor the Addington Fund’s trip to the beautiful island of Lundy on Sunday 17th July 2022.

This fund-raising event is vital to support relief, housing and grants for those in need within the farming community, especially the recently established Young Entrants Scheme to help first generation farmers.

The fantastic day out includes sailing from Bideford to Lundy on the Oldenburg, with plenty of time to explore Lundy Island, a stunning place of wide spaces and big skies, with wildlife such as seals, puffins and plenty of other wild birds, not to mention a fine pub for visitors to enjoy!

Embark: 8:30 am, Sail: 9:00 am, Disembark: 8:30 pm.

Anticipating the event, Jack Cordery, CEO of Mole Valley Farmers says “Mole Valley Farmers has chosen the Addington Fund to be our charity partner of the year because of the natural alignment between our core values, sense of purpose, and the work that the Addington Fund do to support the agricultural, rural and farming communities. As such, we are delighted to be supporting them with this trip to the unique, unspoilt Lundy Island which lies off the beautiful coastline of our Head Office location in North Devon.”

For tickets and all enquiries please email Trevor Glasper on [email protected] or call on 01297 680218. (Ticket Prices: £50 for adults, £40 for children 16 and under). Limited tickets available so please book sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment.
