What is Country Membership?
Country Membership is a loyalty program offered by Mole Valley Farmers.
How does Country Membership work?
As a Country Member, you earn Reward Points on qualifying purchases. For every £1 you spend, you earn 2 Reward Points.
What are the benefits of Country Membership?
In addition to earning Reward Points, Country Members enjoy a range of exclusive benefits
What happens if my points don't seem like a whole number (e.g., 52.30 points)?
Only whole numbers of points can be redeemed.
Is there a cost to join Country Membership?
You can sign up to Country Membership for £10 for one year, £18 for two years or £40 for five years.

Click and Collect
When will my order be ready?
If the item/s you have ordered are available in your selected store, you will be able to collect on the same day when ordered before 3pm.
What information do I need to bring to collect my order?
A copy of the order confirmation is required at the time of collection.
Where do I go when I get to the store?
When you receive your email and text confirmation you will be provided with a collection point.
How long will you keep my order for?
We keep all orders in store for 7 days.
What do I do if I want to cancel my order?
To cancel your order all you need to do is contact our customer services team, you will find contact details in your confirmation email. The customer service team will cancel your order and process your refund.
